ALL SOULS (I-NET) CHURCH OF CHRIST is not a 501(c) (3) tax exempt organization due to the fact that all 501(c) (3) tax exempt religious organizations must adhere to the following clause in IRS Publication 557, page20:

“To determine whether an organization meets the religious purposes test of section 501(c) (3), the IRS maintains two basic guidelines:

1)  That the particular religious beliefs of the organization are truly and sincerely held, and

2)  That the practices and rituals associated with the organization’s religious belief or creed are not illegal or contrary to clearly defined public policy. Hence, your group (or organization) may not qualify for treatment as an exempt religious organization
for tax purposes if its actions, as contrasted with its beliefs, are contrary to well established and clearly defined public policy.”

   So there you have it , my brothers and sisters . Today, the United States of America is governed by declarations of “Tolerance” and “Cultural Diversity” is taught at schools and businesses alike.  “Intolerance” of any form is now illegal and against clearly defined public policy.  We are now, by human rights laws in effect in this country, commanded by rule of law to tolerate all lifestyles, religions and cultures.

Religious absolutism is now against the law in America; the country that by its earliest Supreme Court rulings was declared a “Christian” nation at its onset.  The enforcement of these human rights laws for religious organizations may soon be enforced through the “religious purposes tests” as defined by the IRS and the “tax exempt status” of a religious organization.  

The only way to avoid conflict against religious intolerance laws is to agree that all religions are the same and to engage in a dialogue to find “common ground.”

The doctrines of true Christianity are in enmity with declarations of tolerance for all cultures, lifestyles and religions.  My Bible states in John 14:6: “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.”

Any believer who “imposes this view” (i.e., witnesses of our Lord’s saving grace alone) upon any other individual with a different lifestyle, creed, culture or religion, may now be considered in violation of religious intolerance regulations by current United States laws and “clearly defined public policy.” The fact that these laws are not often enforced
here in this country does hinder the reality that they may soon be enforced in the very near future.

Therefore, ALL SOULS (I-NET) CHURCH OF CHRIST will not solicit nor accept any tax deductible donations, nor will it seek any voluntary governmental protections under the 501(c) (3) tax code. This ministry will instead, continue to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ of Nazareth , and expose false teachers and doctrines (unhindered by IRS tax codes) ,  and the full counsel of God to all who have ears to hear and eyes to see until our Lord takes us home to be with Him forever more.

Brothers and Sisters ; I am stepping out in faith and appealing to you all for your financial assistance .

As anyone knows , there are regular costs to running any ministry - be it an I-Net one , like I have , or a 'brick and mortar' one . From the start of my ministry a few years ago , I had opted that instead of "plastering" advertisements all over it , I would prefer to ask for a small donations to offset the costs of the site. And , from time to time , some visitors have come through wonderfully, giving when , and what , they can. And I thank God and those generous people each and every day .

My family and I also give to various charities , as well as our land-based church that we attend . I also get several e-mails a week from brothers and sisters in need asking for help , and of course , we , (my family and I ) , give what we can - IF.. we can . Oftentimes it may not be more than $5.00 or so , but it's NOT the AMOUNT we give , but rather HOW we give . 2 Corinthians 9:7 tells us , "...so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."

My friends , if we would all give liberally as God has prospered us, our contribution would increase and we would be adding good works instead of deleting them.

I recall a while back , a preacher said, “When I look at the well-dressed congregation, I ask, where are the poor ? When I look at the collection plate, I ask where are the rich ?”

I also receive emails from visitors ALL OVER THE WORLD saying how much they enjoy my I-Net church , with the various sermons , POV's , testimonies , false doctrines topic , bible info , verse of the day , etc , as well as this blog , and how it helps and encourages them. These emails encourage me to continue in my ministry , that I sincerely believe I was called to do by The LORD .

My friends , I only ask for a dollar or two . I feel that it's not too much to ask and just about everyone should be able to afford that. If you can't afford it, don't worry about it !

Allow me also to answer some FAQ's you may have :

1 ) Why should I donate money to your ministry ? How will my donation be used ?

All funds donated to this ministry will primarily be used to enhance both All Souls I-Net Church of Christ , as well as this blog . This includes purchasing domains, ISP service, service & support, computer equipment, maintenance and anything else I may need to keep All Souls I-Net Church of Christ and this blog running and to improve and assist me in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ as commanded in Mark 13:10 ("And the gospel must first be published among all nations." )

2 ) I live outside the United States ; can I still donate to your ministry ?

Yes, since this ministry accepts donations through PayPal, I am able to accept contributions from many different countries (including the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, China, United Kingdom, Denmark, and others). PayPal handles any currency conversion.

3 ) Is my donation tax-deductible ?

Unfortunately NO ! As explained above

4 ) I have other questions and concerns about donating ; where should I direct my question(s) ?

Lastly , any and all donations of any size are gratefully appreciated. Some can donate large amounts, others can only donate $1.00 or a widows mite for which this ministry is equally grateful. Each person should give accordingly as God has prospered them.

I ask that you seek the Lord for guidance and give as the Holy Spirit directs. If He is telling you to give to this ministry, for your own sake, please give. If He is telling you not to give to this ministry, then please don't ! This ministry wants only the specific funds that God has set aside to be entrusted to us. I truly believe if all brothers and sisters gave as God leads, all the Christian ministries would be able to function as one in unity fulfilling their part in the Kingdom.

My friends , I also want to say that this ministry believes that all Christians should be debt free . If any donation is going to cause you to have to go into debt I insist you seek God in prayer and find out His counsel prior to sending your donation. With the ease of using credit cards these days it is especially true concerning these type contributions. Credit cards are a very convenient way to give for both the giving and receiving saints, but they are also a source of bondage for some brothers and sisters and this ministry wants to help them break free from the bondage of debt, not add to it !
