Do you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior ? - Better yet, does He know You ?
If you died today, are you 100% SURE that you would go to heaven ?
If not, follow the 5 easy steps to start your relationship with Jesus.
1. Accept that (as all humans) you are a sinner:
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)
2. Accept the FREE GIFT of God:
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. " (Romans 6:23)
3. Recognize the gift isn't earned or deserved:
" For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8,9)
4. Believe Jesus Christ is the only Son of God sent to bear the burden
of our sins:
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
5. Confess and believe Jesus is God's only son:
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9) .
PRAY :
Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I know You love me and You don't want me to be separated from You eternally. I believe You are the only Son of God and that You died on the cross for my sins. I now repent of my sins and receive You as Savior and Lord of my life. Thank You for saving me and help me to live a life that is pleasing to You. Amen
If you just prayed this prayer or any other prayer repenting and confession, you can rejoice, you have just been saved. The Bible tells us that you are now a new person and He "... will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." ( Hebrews 13:5 ) .
