Brothers and Sisters , first let me say "Thank-You" for visiting our I-Net church here , and we would be humbled and honored if you could take a moment to "sign" our Guestbook .
All Souls (I-Net ) Church of Christ is a non-denominational , Bible-based church , (using ONLY the KJV ) Bible .
All Souls I-Net Church of Christ is NON-denominational and has NO central headquarters or president. The head of the church is none other than Jesus Christ Himself (Ephesians 1:22-23).
It is the Word of God that unites us into One Faith (Ephesians 4:3-6). We follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and His holy Apostles, and NOT the teachings of man. We are Christians only !
This I-Net Church of Christ is NOT affiliated in ANY manner with the denominational church known as "The United Church of Christ".
As you navigate thru this site ( from the tabs above ) , you will see our "Statement of Faith / Doctrines" page , "Contact" , "Prayer Request" , "Guestbook" , and "My bio and Testimony" pages to start . As you proceed to the other various topics , such as my "Sermons" , "From the Pastor's Desk " , "False Doctrines ? You Decide ! " , etc . . you will notice sub-topics as well .
Also , allow me to state right here and now , that I am not a 'politically correct' person , (nor do I care to be ) , and I fully realize that there may be many who are "offended" by my various subject matters ( which is not my intent ) , but should you become offended , remember , don't "kill" the messenger - if you must complain , complain to God ! , as all my POV's are supported biblically and Scripturally !!
That being said , you will notice that our slogan is , " Where Sinners ARE Welcome !"
Brothers and Sisters , I have visited numerous "churches" , both I-Net and 'brick and mortar' "churches" , of just about all denominations ,as well as alleged "christian" ones , where they make no bones about flat-out telling sinners , (e.g., gays , ex-convicts , prostitutes , drug addicts , etc . . ) that thay are not "welcome" - which is completely against the teachings of Jesus . In Matthew 9:11-12 ; it states ; " And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners? But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. " In other words , the Pharisees constantly tried to trap Jesus , and they thought His association with these "lowlifes" , was the perfect opportunity . They were more concerned with their own appearance of holiness than with helping people , with criticism than encouragement , with outward respectability than practical help . But God is concerned for all people , including the sinful and hurting ones .
As I can personally attest to , the Christian life is not a popularity contest . Following Jesus' example , we should share the Gospel with the poor , immoral , lonely , and outcast - (as I myself have been all of these at one time in my life or another ! ) , we should not share it with just the rich , moral , popular , and powerful .
NOW . . does this mean that I condone sin , such as homosexuality , prostitution , murder , robbery , etc . . ? NO !! And make no mistake about it , I WILL rebuke those who commit those sins !! But "Hate " them ? NO !! NEVER !! ( although many have , and still do , accuse me otherwise ) , which I could care less about . I "rebuke" with brotherly love - and do not "embrace " those sins , as many of the liberal , touchy , feely-good "churches" do !
Also , many have asked me , " Well , Pastor Mike , aren't YOU a sinner ? " My reply is a resounding "YES !! " I am , and will always be a sinner !! NO ONE is "sinless " - and I mean NO ONE - NOT EVEN THE POPE HIMSELF !! Romans 3:23 says ; " For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." You see , some sins seem bigger than others because their obvious consequences are much more serious . Homosexuality , for example can lead to AIDS , and other diseases , as can prostitution. Murder , seems to us to be worse than hatred , and adultery seems worse than lust . But this does not mean that because we do lesser sins we deserve eternal life . All sin , therefore , leads to death ( because it disqualifies us from living with God ) , regardless of how great or small it seems . Don't minimize "little" sins or overrate "big"sins . They all separate us fromGod , but they all can be forgiven !
